Buying a second hand car
Excellent advice and information and choice of car we needed we are always pleased with service at both garages staff are friendly and knowledgeable with good cars for sale

They were very helpful to me and my son today. He was due to take his driving test and we found out the brake lights were not working on the car. We only had 1 hour and 20 mins to get things sorted. Although we managed to source another car they were willing to have a go and fix the car for us. Can't thank you enough for your help it was really appreciated. Unfortunately he failed the test right on the last roundabout!!!

Was nervous to get my forst car and worried of getting ripped or or something but From the get go myself and my partner felt and was very welcomed by darren, we felt he was so very approachable and easy to talk too, just a all round top bloke! gave me some great advise which helped my choose my car, very honest man and helped me through the process of finance and everything keeping me informed all the way and stuck to his word, felt like he went above and beyond and i just couldnt be happier with everything, thank you so much!

Great and easy experience buying a car of Russell with no hassle. Very happy with my car which has low mileage for its age and its got top specifications on this model.

Very happy. Great and laid back service, clear communication and no "sell". The car picked up today, with two years free service, two years free MOT, clean, quiet, well priced and I have no doubt of their support through their own garage if needed. Couldn't not be more reassured I'll be supported and that the car is sound.

Bought second hand car from RH, Darren in sales was amazing. Minor issue with rear wiper motor, fixed with no problems by the very helpful garage team. Amy on reception was fantastic, great customer service. Thankyou all :) Would recommend!

Excellent service from start to finish. Never felt rushed, tried a few cars before making a choice and had a test drive which was very helpful. The extended warranty and 2 years servicing and MOT gave me confidence to make the purchase. Sale completed and all paperwork done and ready when I collected the car.

I had a great experience buying my car. Darren wasn't pushy and answer all the questioned we had about the car. He went through everything with me and even connect my phone to the car when I came to pick it up. Really happy with my new wheels, it was clean and tidy as well.

Service was excellent. The car was handed over in very good condition having been serviced and MOTd. A plus is definitely the offer of 2 years free servicing and MOT post purchase. I would certainly consider using Russell Ham again.

Great experience from the get go. Warmly greeted upon arrival and given plenty of time and space to browse with no pressure. This is the first car I have ever purchased and I would continue to come to Russell Hams in the future for MOTs, services and new cars.

We were looking for a car for our 17 year old daughter, we had a set budget and Russell Hams had loads of cars in that price bracket, we visited on a Bank Holiday and they were closed, we called the number listed and they were happy to open up so we could take a look at the selection of cars available.Nigel looked after us and was happy to move cars around so we could have a good look. We bought a car after our second visit and picked it up a few days later with full MOT and 2 years free servicing and MOT.Great service from start to finish, Thank you

Lovely man very kind and helpful my first car so he helped me sort tax out allowed me to ring him when i had any questions, got there took the car , they mot and serviced it for me a week in advance so i dont need to worry about anything. Just brilliant

Darren the salesman was amazing , got my an amazing car from me and my family . I went here as he was highly recommended by a few friends that have bought from him. He was so polite , told me everything , couldn't do enough for me. The car is in mint condition, inside and out . I got 2 free MOT'S and 2 services aswell. Really good service - First time buying a car from here, was an amazing experience from start to finish! Constant communication from the moment I put my deposit down to the moment I picked up the car which made the process a lot more enjoyable! Would recommend to anyone.

After finding the vehicle on Autotrader, I visited the next day and immediately met with friendly staff who suggested to take it for a test drive. Deciding to purchase there and then, I was supported with the car finance and using my existing vehicle as a part exchange towards the deposit. I drove away that day in a fantastic car, and was very impressed to be given two years free MOT and Service along with my vehicle!

Nigel and the whole team at Russell Ham have always been amazing and couldn't of done anything more to help me out with finding the perfect car and also trading in previous cars. Not only the sales team but the whole team within the garage has always been amazing and always helped me when i needed help with various different worries and issues. would not go anywhere else for sales or garage repairs, mot or servicing. would definately recommend to friends and family.

An excellent experience at Russell Ham Car Sales. Nigel was very helpful, and without any pressure, we were able to easily test drive different cars, before settling on the car of our choice. My experience with these guys was absolutely flawless from start to finish. I think it was maybe 10 days from spotting it on AT and the early phone call to discuss options to driving away with my purchase. Darren and Nigel offered without a doubt the best experience I've ever had buying anything, let alone something as monumental as a car! The Ford I originally wanted wasn't right (boot size too small for the dog) but Darren suggested an alternative parked right opposite, which was far more suitable and has worked out even better. PX was very smooth, and they accommodated a test drive, all with enthusiasm and patience. Plus warranty explained well, service and MOT sorted earlier than expected, communication perfect, all the paperwork in place and all at a great price... loved it, and will be buying my next one from them again whenever that may be. Thanks everyone.
